According to Nancy Young's Breyer guide, three versions of the model can be found. I have ID'd this model to be the Handpainted, Version A. This is the earliest model released, and the hardest to find. He is painted a beautiful blue roan, with HANDPAINTED appy spots and detailed eyes. This model is in excellent, near mint condition. I have pointed out small paint rubs on his hooves in the pictures below. Otherwise I would consider him mint and extremely nice.
